What we love in our home

We could move country potentially any time due to my husband Job.

When we were in Jakarta we loved to buy indonesian furniture, the design is fantastic, some is unique furniture ,the brown color of the wood just so natural and it brough such a nice feeling in our home.

Sadly that we had to rid off a lot things when we decided to move to Dubai. a lot thing gone for sale. the good things is they mostly went to our friends who we know better that they will love and look after them as we did. We keep some of them and they still stand nicely in our home and hope i could keep them forever.

We loved the wood statues Mom and Dad with Bali Tikar Background as you can see on the above pic.

This wall mirror, you can put inside or outside.

We called this Dad's chair as my Dad was sitting there while giving his bless to our marriage.

Love the little touch by putting Ulow (sumatra's original syal). Its a Gift from my friend.

My husaband loves this cupboard and all those his collection statues. I love the bike on the top.It reminds me to my uncle...i was on his bike when i was 11 years but i couldnt manage to ist on that...so i have to ride and stand the same time.

Actually this was ironing board, in java (indonesia) about years and years ago.They used metal traditional iron and used the hot coal to produce the heat. This table has iron mark on the top right hand side under the little box. It makes this more unique.

Our rest chair after horse riding but move to our home , or even you can give birth on those chair just make sure load the blanket so you will not hurt your bum....

We called this Becak or people know this as Pedi cab...fond memory..when i was kid my mum took me to go to the marker on Becak..not just one time but about 10 times or more....

If you go to Jogja you will find this a lot there and worth to try while you enjoy the view of jogja...

This chinesse Dolls box was wedding souvenir. They got married in Singapore on 2004. I brough about 10 packs to Jakarta and i shared with my friends in the office.......Just love the tiny dolls and the color so bright..............

The wayang..............i bought about 4 wayangs....and hang them on bed room;s door in our home.

We also have the big on in our living room.

We still have some more things but i wont post all of them...the things is there is a meaning/memory for each stuff that you put/bought for your home...............
